Long-term partnerships are the kind of collaborations we are looking for! So we put in a lot of energy to maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers, and assist them, year after year, in the maintenance and upgrades of the solutions we once implemented for them.

A good example is our partnership with CYTA, the Telecommunications Authority of Cyprus: they’ve been using our Pilot briefing solution AEROMET-WEB ✈since 2009! Over the years, the system has been upgraded, training sessions and maintenance actions have been regularly carried out... in order to maintain our successful collaboration with CYTA.
Just a few days ago, one of our engineers spent a week in Nicosia to conduct a new training session for CYTA’s staff 👨🏻‍🎓, achieve a few main maintenance operations on IT equipment 🛠, and listen attentively to any emerging needs of CYTA 👂🏻…
